I wish I could say I am as selfless as the people who have reached out to me on my journey. I have posted my story for my own selfish reasons, to land that job . But to inspire poeple by telling my story has been a very nice and surprising bonus .

It is so lovely to see old & new colleagues following my story. I am very flattered .

Ken, I’m glad you a giving me a nice 12 month break, I hope I can hold out that long .

Yu Dan, I don’t know how many thank you’s I can say to you. I too am very happy that you sent me that note last. It is a shame that you caught me on such a bad week , but luckily for me you are a very understanding person .

I didn’t think I would ever get there, was ready to give it up and accept something mediocre. I was lucky enough to have had a very supportive mentors who basically held my hand through the journey.

Friends of mine here in the US have been out of work for a very long time, and faced similar opportunities and setbacks.
